Privacy Policy

If you phone us, we may note your name, a number to reach you on, the project address, which rooms or spaces you want to change, the scope you are considering and when you would like the work to start.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information while you browse, for example your browser, device type and the pages you open.

The information you give us is used to plan and carry out the remodeling work you ask about: returning your call, arranging a walkthrough, writing up the scope, scheduling and staying in touch during the project. Browsing data is used only to keep the site working well.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website. Our host may set essential cookies needed to deliver pages securely. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people and providers who help us deliver your project, such as trade partners or material suppliers working on your job, and only as far as they need it, or when the law requires.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. A phone call is the quickest way to do any of these.

Any link that takes you to another website leaves our site; that website's own privacy policy then applies.

This website is intended for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.
